Abuse & Compliance Reporting

The Educational Infrastructure Council (EIC) maintains zero tolerance for the misuse of academic grants. This portal is dedicated to receiving formal reports regarding network abuse, grant fraud, or security vulnerabilities associated with our infrastructure.

1. Types of Reportable Abuse

Please utilize this channel to report the following infractions:

• Grant Reselling: Unauthorized commercial sale or trade of provisioned eSIM modules.
• Identity Fraud: Use of falsified institutional credentials or stolen academic IDs.
• Network Misuse: Automated bot activity, spamming, or DDoS attacks originating from a provisioned IP.
• Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of the FreeeSIM.edu.rs brand for phishing or deceptive sites.

2. Formal Reporting Protocol

To ensure a swift investigation, all reports must include specific evidence. For network-related abuse, please provide the originating IP address and relevant timestamps in UTC.

3. Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (VDP)

Security researchers discovering vulnerabilities in our eSIM provisioning handshake are encouraged to report them here. As a non-profit academic entity, we do not currently offer financial bug bounties, but we provide formal Institutional Commendations for responsible disclosures that help protect student data sovereignty.
